Proposed Stormwater Utility.
Since the beginning of the discussion about a Stormwater Utility and the formation of the Task Force, RBHA has stated that it is premature to form a utility with accompanying fees before a stormwater management plan has been fully developed and publicly vetted. We will continue to share details as they become available and look forward to receiving your thoughts and comments.
