Who can be a member of RBHA?
Membership in the Rehoboth Beach Homeowners' Association is open to any individual(s) owning property or residing within the incorporated boundaries of the City of Rehoboth Beach (Delaware) or deemed eligible to vote in City elections. Spouses and significant others are also eligible under household memberships.
Annual Membership Dues
Memberships run annually from January to December. New Members joining after October 1 are automatically paid up through the end of the following year (three months free).
Annual Membership dues and benefits (new or renewal) are as follows:
$25 - Individual
$40 - Household (Individual + Significant Other)

- Subscription to the RBHA Quarterly Newsletter
- Notice of City Issues through Constant Contact Updates
- Survey & Voting Access
- Current Informational Blog Site & Archival Access
- An invitation to RBHA’s Annual Membership Meeting and Special Members Only Events
