Who can be a member of RBHA?

Membership in the Rehoboth Beach Homeowners' Association is open to any individual(s) owning property or residing within the incorporated boundaries of the City of Rehoboth Beach (Delaware) or deemed eligible to vote in City elections. Spouses and significant others are also eligible under household memberships.

Annual Membership Dues

Memberships run annually from January to December. New Members joining after October 1 are automatically paid up through the end of the following year (three months free).

Annual Membership dues and benefits (new or renewal) are as follows:

$25 - Individual

$40 - Household (Individual + Significant Other)

Membership Includes:

  • We gather at our Annual RBHA Membership Picnic to make new friendships and/or renew existing ones;
  • We show our appreciation for the hard work done by the City staff by providing an annual Employee Appreciation Breakfast which serves over 100 City employees;
  • We communicate regularly with City administration on issues that are important to our members;
  • A subscription to the RBHA Quarterly Newsletter;
  • Notice of City Issues through Constant Contact email updates;
  • Participation in Member Surveys that informs RBHA actions;
  • An invitation to RBHA’s Annual Membership Meeting, Candidates' Forum and Special Members Only Events
