Patrisha Davis

A native Washingtonian, and a graduate of the University of Maryland with a B.S. degree in Ecology, Patrisha brings over 30 years of executive management to the RBHA Board. With a 25-year career focus in Human Resources Patrisha served as Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer at Coventry Health Care, headquartered in Bethesda, MD.  Coventry was a $12B healthcare insurance company with 13,000 employees located in 48 states. She was responsible for leading all HR operations including recruitment & staffing, compensation, benefits, payroll, employee relations, organizational development and mergers & acquisitions with a team of over 230 HR staff nationwide. Patrisha retired in 2012 and has been enjoying like in Rehoboth Beach ever since!

Patrisha is currently Chair of the Community Relations Committee on the Henlopen Condominium Council where she served as a Council member from 2020 - 2024.  She is also a committee member of the Boardwalk & Beach Committee for the City of Rehoboth Beach.

Previously, Patrisha served as the Secretary for a 2-year term and Treasurer for a 3-year term for the Merrywood-on-the-Potomac Townhome Association in Mclean, VA where she lived for 18 years.
