January 2022 Parking Change Survey

The Commissioners are considering two changes to the City's parking regulations. The RBHA is providing its members the opportunity to voice their opinions on these possible changes. Please indicate your agreement (or not) to the two potential changes and include any comments you might have.

Potential Change #1 - Extend the length of the "season" for both parking meters and permits from May 1 to September 30. Currently, the season is from the Friday before Memorial Day until second Sunday after Labor Day. For the 2022, the season would be May 27 to September 18 under the current regulations.

Potential Change #2 - Parking meters city-wide would be $3 per hour. Currently meters in the central business district are $3 per hour while all other parking meters in the City are $2 per hour.
