Who can be a member of RBHA?
Membership in the Rehoboth Beach Homeowners' Association is open to any individual(s) owning property or residing within the incorporated boundaries of the City of Rehoboth Beach (Delaware) or deemed eligible to vote in City elections. Spouses and significant others are also eligible for membership.
Annual Membership Dues
Memberships run from January to December each year
New members joining after October 1 are automatically paid up through end of the following year (three months free)
Annual dues for membership (new or renewal) are: $20 for individuals and $30 for households (Individual + significant other and adult children living at the same address)
Tax Deductible - Membership dues and contributions to the RBHA are tax deductible.
How to become a member or renew membership
Two things are needed to become a new member or renew a membership in RBHA:
